- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Mr. Nell took a call while with me, bad sign. I paid him to send a letter and specified exactly what I wanted the letter to say. The letter he sent included none of my specifications. There was some unwanted content though. I felt as though the letter was thoughtlessly typed in a nano second. I don't recommend him. I am now worse off.By eli hake, February 26, 2017
